Collaborated in the design of a past due indicator summarizing large volumes of data into a single measurement for each business unit in order to evaluate performance, offer training and participate in the design of new business strategies. Analyzed causes and behaviour of past due accounts elaborating reports that top level management employed in decision making. As a result several compensation schemes and products were redesigned. Performed a market survey on the location and density of branches in Mexico analyzing their daily operations to identify customer service bottle-necks. This study recommended optimal branch density and opening times that focused on reducing operational cost whilst maintaining customer service levels. These recommendations were implemented in September 2008.
